The entire staff must watch videos. PBIS group needs to watch all
videos before next meeting.

need a social studies teacher in PBIS! Cline talked about the School Climate
Walk through from the district. We will talk about it next week with Anne
Morgan.

99% participation! AWESOME!

suggested a student incentive, McCandless stated that there is a student
incentive if you see the first slide of the powerpoint shown with
expectations the first few days of school. How to get the passports to the teachers the easiest
way possible?

people don’t opt in then they wouldn’t be on the receiving end.

wants a more efficient way to work the hero form. Maybe with sections? Point
value evaluations? First six weeks reward? How will we figure out who goes?

Byrd and Concepcion brought up an idea for teachers to write down
the names of students who don’t take headphones out after asked in hallway.
Students would have a meeting with Stephenson to replace a fun thing like
Viking Time.

Mortberg
brought up an idea to give out hero point passes in the hall to students who
DON’T have their headphones in as a positive reward. Cline/Clemens is going to talk to admin about
both ideas.
